Are you on Pinterest? We love it and we hate it, don’t we? It makes us feel immense joy and sticky guilt all at the same time. We try to craft and DIY and somehow, our paper projects fall short and our homemade cookies get burned on the bottom.
One way I used to use Pinterest is to pin things for my “Forever Home”. Weird hacks, secret rooms, colors and decor I wanted to implement… it gave me a clear vision of what I wanted someday in the home I’d never want to move away from. One of my favorite pins from that board?
Share your Pinterest board with me. I showed you a peek of mine! I want to creep around and see what you envision, too.
We all have that one ideal home in our head, right? For some, it’s modest and cozy. For others, it’s spacious and perfect for entertaining. I think choosing a home style says as much about a person as choosing their morning dranky drank.
No really, I love listening to people order their drinks. My background is psychology makes it hard not to analyze their selections. Okay, to be fair, it makes it hard not to analyze everything, ever, in the history of the world.
I love this infographic from Doghouse Diaries: Is it true for you? And why is my style of hot chocolate not on there? Does that make me complicated or just a wuss?
Next time you have a cup, invite me and we’ll talk home dreams, friend.
